How do you ensure my data is securely destroyed?
All devices are processed using certified data wiping or physical destruction methods. We follow strict governance and provide documentation so you have full proof that your data has been securely removed.

Do you offer WEEE compliant recycling?
Yes. Any equipment that cannot be reused is sent to accredited recycling partners who process all materials safely and in full compliance with WEEE regulations.

Can my old devices be donated to local schools or charities?
Yes. Many collected devices are refurbished and donated to schools, charities and community groups across Hampshire. We let you know when your equipment is suitable for donation.

Do you charge for collections?
Collections are usually free, depending on the volume and type of equipment. For very small collections or items with zero reuse value, a small fee may apply but we will always confirm this upfront.

Yes. We provide chain of custody records, data destruction certificates and recycling reports to support your GDPR and governance requirements.
